Acceptance of Terms
By using continuousyou.foundation or submitting an application to the One Table Grant, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.
What the Foundation Is
The Continuous You Foundation is a Washington State nonprofit corporation. Federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending; donations are not presently tax-deductible. The Foundation administers the One Table Grant, a century-long artist preservation program.
The Application Process
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Grant seats are awarded at the sole discretion of the Foundation's founder and founding board.
- There is no fixed deadline and no quota beyond the ten country seats described on this site.
- The Foundation may contact you about your application using the information you provide.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any creative work, portfolio material, or written content you submit as part of your application. Submitting an application does not transfer any rights in your work to the Foundation. If you are selected and enter into a formal grant agreement, the specific terms of that agreement — including any rights related to preservation, archiving, or future use of your work — will be set out separately and in writing, and will require your explicit agreement.

No Professional Advice

Limitation of Liability
The site and application process are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Continuous You Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the application process.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
